The 717 foot tall Sanwa Bank Building’s façade and crown, adjacent to Los Angeles’s iconic 110 freeway, are illuminated to be visible for miles.
Façade lighting is layered with emerald-tiered, backlit crown panels, cool-white floods, and warm-white finial globes. The interior 53 floors provide over one million square feet of office space anchored by an elegantly glowing reception lobby.
The crown was converted into a glowing green icon with glass, drywall lightbox, and industrial fluorescent striplights. The Sanwa Bank Building has become a Los Angles icon, seen in numerous Hollywood productions, by accentuating the most visible real estate with a simple, and relatively inexpensive design solution.
