This 700-key circus-themed family hotel is located in an amusement park resort with two adjacent circus theaters. The design goal was to translate the thrill and joy from the circus shows into the families’ nighttime stay at the hotel. Highly theatrical approaches were selectively incorporated to transform the budget hotel into a lively circus world, such as the moving trapeze  accented by four theatrical moving heads which are programmed to synchronize and follow the sculpture as it moves. Each unique guestroom type is characterized by simple and budget- friendly lighting strategies.
