This Miami lobby renovation presented both challenges and opportunities in creating a modern and elegant space for a corporate high-rise with diverse tenants.  The limited ceiling height in some areas required minimal well-detailed curving coves, while the massively tall ceiling of the main lobby created other accessibility, maintenance, and aiming challenges.  From mock-ups and screen slat design to control and constructability coordination, the team was able to bring the rear illuminated portals with color changing capabilities to life.  The overall aim was to create an impactful and visually balanced space that was also energy efficient.
