One of the last remaining “Rat-Pack” hotels was transformed into the latest whimsical boutique hotel-casino to revitalize the Vegas-strip’s north-end over a 5-year renovation process. This unique project’s  scope encompassed the entire site, hotel-casino and over 25 venues.
