This single family residence sits on a beachfront lot designed to maximize the ocean views and entertain guests. Lighting is functional while providing a decorative aesthetic.

Landscape lighting uses low level halogen lighting to accent water features and wet rated LEDs to subtly accent rippled glass features throughout. Marine grade fixtures and coatings were required for the oceanfront site. Warm white color temperature lamps were used to complement wood tones and create an intimate and inviting home.
