This multifamily project is in the revitalized once blighted warehouse district in Downtown San Diego adjacent to Petco Park. The designer was challenged to create a luxurious and inspiring outdoor lifestyle that is attractive to the young tenants. Lighting designer worked closely with the landscape architect to develop a lighting scheme that is unexpected and fun, but also is timeless and upscale, and within client’s limited budget.
